TIPS for better structural health:
Glasses – Keep them straight !!
If you look in the mirror when you first put them on and they are not perfectly straight – level across the top – get yourself and those glasses to your local optician and have a trained person fit them properly.
Just’ pushing them up’ will not do the trick, and adjusting them yourself can make them worse. Glasses that do not sit properly on your face can cause, or perpetuate, muscle aches and pains.
